Veritas offers an excellent genetic diagnosis service oriented to medical areas or specific pathologies in which all processes are taken care of to the maximum, from the quality of sequencing to genetic counseling.

We provide personalized solutions based on the needs of the specialist in their clinical practice, offering customized virtual panels oriented to different medical areas. The service relies on advanced technology and the support of Veritas medical professionals to advise doctor and patient whenever necessary.

The Veritas exome has an optimized design to improve coverage and homogeneously sequence the whole exome with a mean 100x coverage including more than 19,300 genes. More than 97% of the exome is covered at >20x, reaching > 99% in key genes for diagnosis.

Storage

Veritas stores the genetic data of the patient to be able to later carry out an extension of the analyzed genes or to access the diagnostic interpretation of the exome (myExomeDx) if requested by the specialist. Veritas stores genetic data without personal patient data and follows the security standards set by the European Union.

Analysis Capacity

Ability to analyze is the fundamental element when it comes to differentiating a genetic diagnosis service. Veritas has specific pipelines for genetic diagnosis as well as a team of dedicated geneticists and experts in the analysis and interpretation of variants (curation), with more than 10 years of experience.
